I got a lovely basket for Christmas from a dear friend (who, by the way, has received a few Karsten Baskets from me). This was from one of those pre-made baskets with name products in it and a theme. It had a teapot as a central item. As well as it presented, it was literally 85% packaging. I kid you not. Two pieces of truffle in a box that could have held 5. 1 tea bag in 3 different boxes. You get the idea. Not that I am ungrateful for the gift, but it made me so appreciative of the time and personal touch YOU give YOUR baskets!!! Your attention to personalizing and detail is so wonderful and of course the BOWS! I feel honored not only to be your first customer, but also to be your friend.
